Subscription, Shipping & Refund Policies

A little clarity makes everything better. Here's what to expect when purchasing from Embodied Wellth.
1. Love, Leigh Monthly Subscription
Love, Leigh is a monthly snail mail subscription featuring original correspondence, an Embodied Wellth bingo experience, and thoughtfully designed paper pieces.
Price: $16 per month, including U.S. shipping.
Mailing schedule: Envelopes generally ship around the 15th of each month.
Subscription cutoff: Subscribe by the 10th to be included in that month's mailing. Subscriptions placed after the cutoff begin with the following month's mailing.
2. Automatic Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at $16 per month until canceled.
Your payment method is charged $16 when you subscribe, then $16 on the 3rd of each month, beginning the month after your first envelope. There is no minimum subscription commitment.
Your next billing date and renewal information are provided in your subscription confirmation.
You authorize recurring charges when you complete a subscription purchase after receiving and accepting the applicable renewal disclosures.
3. Canceling Your Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your monthly subscription online at any time.
Use the Manage Subscription link available on our website or through your subscription communications.
After any reasonable authentication necessary to verify your identity, you can select Cancel Subscription to stop future renewals.
Cancellation does not require a telephone call, email exchange, appointment, questionnaire, or conversation with a representative.
You will receive confirmation when cancellation is completed.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
You will still receive any envelopes already paid for and owed under your subscription.
To avoid another recurring charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal.
4. Refund Policy
Digital courses
All digital course purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased course, contact us for assistance.
Love, Leigh envelopes
Once an envelope has been mailed, it is nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a completed charge or mailed envelope.
For an unmailed envelope, incorrect charge, or unfulfilled purchase, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and any applicable legal obligations.
Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid and do not automatically renew.
Once a gift envelope has been mailed, that mailing is nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Questions about unfulfilled gift purchases will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
U.S. shipping is included in the Love, Leigh subscription price.
Envelopes generally ship around the 15th of each month.
This is the mailing date, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal service operations and destination.
6. Mailing Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate mailing address when subscribing.
If your address changes, update your subscription information before the applicable mailing enters fulfillment.
Address changes submitted after fulfillment begins may not apply to the current mailing.
7. Returned Envelopes
If an envelope is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm or correct the mailing address.
Once the address has been confirmed, we will resend that returned envelope one time.
If the envelope is returned again, please contact us to discuss the circumstances.
8. Lost Envelopes
If your envelope has not arrived, please contact us so we can review the mailing.
We do not routinely replace envelopes lost in transit, although we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Gift Subscriptions
Love, Leigh gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected number of mailings.
Gift subscriptions never automatically renew.
The purchaser pays for the selected gift period at checkout.
The recipient receives the mailings included in the gift purchase.
Once the prepaid period ends, the gift subscription ends automatically.
Neither the purchaser nor the recipient is charged for additional months.
A new purchase is required to continue receiving envelopes.
10. Questions or Mailing Problems
If you have a question about a subscription, payment, mailing address, returned envelope, or missing delivery, please contact:

Include your name, the email address associated with your order, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Consumer Rights
These policies apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in them limits nonwaivable rights relating to cancellations, refunds, delivery, or defective or undelivered goods.
