These Terms of Service govern your use of the Embodied Wellth website, its editorial content, interactive quizzes, digital courses, subscriptions, physical mailings, and other offerings.

By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Embodied Wellth

Embodied Wellth is a philosophy and framework exploring the conscious experience of living well across all aspects of life.

Our offerings include editorial writing, interactive quizzes, self-guided digital courses, Love, Leigh snail mail subscriptions, prepaid gift subscriptions, and private experiences.

Content is provided for educational, informational, creative, and personal exploration purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or services.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a purchase or subscribing.

3. Digital Courses

Embodied Wellth offers interactive, self-guided digital courses.

Purchasing a course grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials.

Course materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

All digital course purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased course, please contact us for assistance.

We may make reasonable updates to course content while preserving the purchased offering and applicable customer rights.

4. Love, Leigh Monthly Subscriptions

Love, Leigh is a recurring physical mail subscription featuring correspondence and materials associated with the Embodied Wellth philosophy.

Subscription pricing, renewal frequency, billing dates, cancellation procedures, mailing schedules, and applicable shipping details are disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

You may cancel online according to our Subscription, Shipping & Refund Policies.

5. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected number of mailings.

Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Once the prepaid period ends, the gift subscription ends without additional charges.

A new purchase is required to continue receiving envelopes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate mailing addresses.

If an envelope is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the purchaser or recipient as appropriate to confirm or correct the mailing address.

Once the address is confirmed, we will resend the returned envelope one time.

If an envelope does not arrive, please contact us so we can review the mailing.

We do not routinely replace envelopes lost in transit, although we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable remedies concerning undelivered goods.

7. Payments and Pricing

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees, if any, will be disclosed before checkout.

You authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for purchases and recurring charges to which you expressly agree.

If a recurring payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment information and may suspend future fulfillment until payment is resolved.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Digital courses are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Mailed Love, Leigh envelopes are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled online.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund completed charges or envelopes already mailed.

Cancellation does not forfeit envelopes already paid for and still owed under the subscription terms.

Unfulfilled purchases, billing errors, and other circumstances involving mandatory consumer remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All original Embodied Wellth writing, artwork, designs, quizzes, courses, frameworks, and other creative materials are owned by Embodied Wellth or used with permission.

Applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Materials may be used for personal purposes but may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

10. Educational and Personal Exploration Disclaimer

Embodied Wellth content is intended for education, reflection, and personal exploration.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Quizzes are exploratory experiences and are not diagnostic assessments.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, or professional results.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or violate applicable law or intellectual property rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our content, or other users.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, email communications, shipping, and other operations.

Third-party websites and services may operate under their own terms.
